Because all of our products are custom embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalized specifically for each order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom merchandise.

If you experience an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, decoration error, or other problem caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to providing quality products and will review each situation individually to determine the best resolution.

Approved replacements or corrections will be made at the sole discretion of the company. Our goal is always to ensure our customers receive a product they can be proud of.
